Generation D2 (4D) · Saloon
A replacement left-hand clip-on mirror glass for Audi A8 D2 (4D) Saloon models from 1994 to 1999.
The glass replaces the reflective panel in the door mirror. Its shape affects the view from the mirror, while its mounting style determines how the glass sits in the housing. Heating helps clear mist and frost from the reflective surface. Convex glass gives a wider field of view than flat glass. A backing plate supports the glass at its mounting point.
No. The specified attachment is backing plate / clip-on. Compare the glass outline and rear mounting with your existing component. This is the glass component rather than a complete mirror housing.
The compatible vehicle variants section lists the supported applications with their individual production dates and recorded vehicle details. Use the individual entry when matching your vehicle; the headline year range summarises the listed applications.
