About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on oem-autopartsdirect.co.uk. By placing an order you accept these terms in full. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
Placing an order
An order becomes a contract when we send the dispatch confirmation email. Until then we can decline an order — for example if the part is mispriced, out of stock, or we cannot verify your delivery address.
Prices, VAT and payment
We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged: the price shown is the price you pay. An order confirmation and receipt is emailed to you, and delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro through Stripe, plus PayPal.
Right to cancel
You have a 14-day statutory right to cancel any order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days as a goodwill window — see Returns.
Faulty goods
If a part develops a fault within 2 years of delivery, email us a photo of the fault with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund under our 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, incorrect fitting or normal wear. See our Returns & warranty page for details.
